As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support to justices, judges, attorneys, and other court personnel. Example of Duties

  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including court records, legal documents, and external databases.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement within the judicial system.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for judges and court officials.
  • Conduct research on legal and procedural matters to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other court staff to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all analyses and findings.
  • Undertake special project work as assigned, adapting to various roles such as Customer Service Representative, Legal Assistant, and more, as needed.

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Paid Leave Includes 3 weeks annual leave, 3 weeks sick leave, and 12 holidays each year. Leave is accrued biweekly.
