Role – Coupa CCW Platform Consultant
Location: Mountain View, CA or Remote
Experience: 15+ Years
Job Description: As a Software Consultant you will work as part of a multi-functional team responsible for the end-to-end, full stack development of the application. While each team member has a primary abilities, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skills. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Maintaining all configuration and solution design documentation, incorporating all impacts from change requests and new functionality implemented through release upgrades.
- Customization of Webform, forms, Items, PO Liquid Template, Managing the Tolerances and invoice Presentations in Coupa. Creating new Punchouts and handling the same.
- Review each new release of Coupa (three releases a year) to coordinate upgrade of environments to ensure minimal impact on current production instance/business as usual.
- Creating and maintaining test plans for user acceptance testing on new Coupa functionality and defect resolution, regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.
- Managing Retrofit Coupa Sandbox instances for better synchronizing both BAU – Business As Usual and Project Path.
- Managing All Sandbox instances and Production instance effectively.
- Advising the Procurement Systems team to effectively support internal and external auditors related to the systems/processes and managing the master data within the systems.
Must have(s):
- Extensive experience in Coupa Contingent Workforce with respect to Rollout Projects, Implementation Projects and Support Projects.
- Extensively experienced in Procurement Digitalization projects for different Industry specific clients.
- Extensive Project Management experience along with Stakeholder Management skills.
- Very good in Communications Management and Documentation.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000/Year to $145,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
