The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-life cycle recruitment responsibility for Abt’s corporate functions, including the Finance, Accounting, Contracts & Procurement, Business Development and Marketing & Communications functions. You will plan recruitment strategies to attract top develop, develop strong partnerships with candidates and hiring managers, build a bench of qualified candidates, champion equity and inclusion, and cultivate an in depth understanding of the Abt’s hiring needs. To successfully develop strategies, you will need to understand the talent market globally.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required objectives in conjunction with the designated corporate function teams
- Recommend specialized recruiting sources to hiring managers
- Navigate fast-paced hiring to meet business needs
- Work to create a network of strong finance and business development talent
- Employ a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to identify a high-quality diverse candidate pool
- Create and foster relationships with key associations, industry specific organizations, and other resources and to attract top candidates to Abt
- Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews.
- Work with candidates to ensure they understand Abt’s employee value proposition and the recruitment and compensation systems
- Works with HR and Hiring managers to develop and extend equitable offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of Abt’s employment policies and procedures; Uses internal equity tools to help craft offers of employment
- Must be able to conduct courageous conversations with both candidates and stakeholders
- Manage the post-offer recruitment process to secure key acceptances
- Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP guidelines and other government requirements
- Actively manage database of talent pool to provide a pipeline of potential candidates
- Maintain careful tracking logs of candidate data, contacts, documents, etc.
What We Value
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting finance, accounting, business development, or marketing talent

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $60,000 to $75,000, and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
