Overview & Responsibilities:
The Coordinator supports the EVP of International Marketing, SVP of International Media, and other members of the team on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with over 60 international territories to support the development of media campaigns for Paramount theatrical titles.
- Track media plan progress with the territories to ensure prompt delivery of plans and entry into the global media planning system.
- Review media plans for select territories and provide feedback and/or approval of the campaigns.
- Manage media planning system onboarding process across all territories, and work with IT to resolve any system issues.
- Create and distribute weekly media reports to be distributed to senior executives and broader marketing teams.
- Create and manage material/booking deadline charts and coordinate with territories to provide their most current updates to those charts.
- Assemble market-by-market budget summaries, and other media budget reports, to be used for internal and external discussions.
- Support media team in developing filmmaker presentations and coordinate those efforts with other marketing departments.
- Coordinate communication between teammates and external agencies and other international marketing departments.
- Assist media team with adhoc special projects as they arise (ie – special analyses, landscape presentations, senior management requests).
- Edit and distribute weekly release schedule updates to key partners and agency teams.
- Maintain database of external contacts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff, internal and external contacts (including outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management.
- A strong work ethic, positive demeanor and a high level of professionalism in all aspects of conduct.

- Flexibility and energy to work in a fast-paced environment coupled with the ability to optimally navigate within a corporate environment.
- Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner.
- Strong interest in working within and learning about the international side of the film business.
- Experience working with international cultures or the ability to speak a foreign language is a plus (but not mandatory).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 56,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
