Overview
The Contract Manager will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Sales. The Contract Manager- Sales is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all sales contracts.
This role will pay a salary of $50,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities
• Assist facility users in finalizing booking arrangements including preparation of proposals and contracts as well as collection of deposits due.
• Prepare event license agreements, addenda and related correspondence; review documents for completeness and accuracy; follow up with facility users regarding deposits, insurance and other related license agreement requirements.
• Manages contract review and signature processes.
• Track progress on and maintains submission deadlines for customer payments and submittals.
• Update facility user contact and account information
• Create and maintain event files; distribute and reconcile all event folders and respective checklists for Sales Department
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in sales or contract management experience
• Three to five years’ experience in a customer service/hospitality role
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform effectively under significant pressure typically associated with meeting the demands and timetables of the entertainment and hospitality industries.
• Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to focus on detail and manage a wide variety of tasks concurrently.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. Previous use and proficiency with Momentus Event software preferred.
