Willow Valley is hiring a Continental Breakfast Attendant to serve Residents and guests in a self-service setting. The attendant will maintain a warm, friendly, and professional relationship with Residents, treating them with care and respect.

Wage:
- From $15.00/hr + based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provides prompt, courteous service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley Standards.
- Prepares and bakes food items for breakfast.
- Uses kitchen equipment (such as knives, oven, stove, slicer) to prepare daily food items.
- Sets up and maintains food areas during the meal period.
- Prepares for, sets up and cleans daily catering and banquet functions.
- Cleans and sanitizes tables throughout the duration of breakfast and sets tables for the evening meal.
- Maintains cleanliness of dining rooms and kitchen according to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists and calendars.
- Operates commercial dishwasher; washes and sanitizes pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
- Helps with catering set- up, delivery and clean-up.
- Receives deliveries and stores food items according to HACCP and ServSafe guidelines.
- Follows Willow Valley’s HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety guidelines while operating equipment; transporting food, supplies, and trash; and preparing and serving food.
- Completes tasks required by Daily Sanitation checklist.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
Schedule:
- 5:30am-12pm- 2 days a week- every other weekend and every other holiday
