Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a talented healthcare Compliance professional for integration support within the company’s Healthcare Compliance Program for Cognizant RCM (TriZetto Provider Solutions and Bolder). As the selected Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Compliance Project Manager, you will support the efforts of the RCM Compliance officer through adherence and promotion of an effective compliance program.
Job Location – Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking, regulatory changes and general operation of the RCM compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- Assist in the support of day-to-day operation of the RCM compliance program including but not limited to; communications, risk analysis, remediation and corrective action plans, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and implementation of highly visible, sensitive and multi-faceted projects.
- Assists with resolving issues related to projects.
- Assist in the monitoring of high-risk compliance activities within the RCM business and support compliance remediation activities and implementation.
- Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations within RCM are tracked.
- Helps coordinate and update RCM healthcare compliance training.
- Support the annual HIPAA risk assessment process and vendor compliance process for the RCM business operations.
- Research healthcare compliance developments, trends and benchmarks within RCM
Experience /Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum three years of experience in business, healthcare, coding, revenue cycle, legal, regulatory compliance, or a supervisory role in Revenue Cycle or HIM
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment and skills in researching clearinghouse, state and federal laws, rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of patient debt collections regulations, including but not limited to Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts, or Practices (UDAAP)
- Ability to develop and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving, analytical computer skills are a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with various levels of executive management and line staff and adept ability to adapt frequently to changing work priorities.
- Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to roll-up your sleeves and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $63,550 to $$106,280 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
