Marketing Administrator

The Apartment Gallery is the property management division of Property Management Enterprises LLC and provides professional management services for over 6,000 apartments and townhomes throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Marketing Administrator. In this position, you will be the “go to person” for nearly all aspects of marketing for the company. You should have at least five years of experience working in a marketing position. Digital marketing experience is a must!

Pay range is $24 – $30 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or at least 5 years working in a marketing position.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• High level of proficiency in computer technology.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgement, work independently, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:
• Social media reputation management (via Birdeye)
• Administration of Google Business Pages
• Serve as the company’s Social Media Coordinator, by posting on social sites such as Facebook, Craigslist, and more.
• ILS management and analytics (Costar and RentPath)
• When a community or property has low occupancy, research and recommend local ad placements.
• Lead management analytics
• Website administration, including the creation of new pages as new communities or properties are acquired.
• Interior and exterior photography
• Rendering and administration of 3D-tours
• Rendering and administration of floorplans
• Rendering and administration of site maps
• Creation of all digital and print advertising.
• Administration of Vistaprint Pro Shop items. (Business cards, “swag,” and more.)
• Interior and exterior signage for all company locations, including but not limited to, community entrance signs, directional signs, pool rules, office hours, and vehicle magnets and wraps.
• Design and manage print materials, including but not limited to, community folders, leaflets, and brochures.
• Design and manage promotional materials.
• Market and promote The Apartment Gallery to attract new property management contracts.
• Maintain consistent branding throughout all the above.
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Physical Qualifications:
• Bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, lifting (up to 15 pounds), stretching, squatting, and walking

Non-Essential Physical Qualifications:
• Running and lifting over 15 pounds

Authority:
• Recommend changes and improvements to the position and job duties to enhance and further develop this role.

Relationships:
• Reports to Director of IT
• Takes direction from Director of IT, President, and Director of Property Management
• Internal contacts: managers and associates
• External contacts: residents, vendors, and guests
