Position: College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Coordinator
Supervisor: Director of CCMR
General Job Description: The CCMR coordinator will be a critical part of the district’s leadership team and is responsible for supporting the initiatives as outlined in the Strategic Plan, specifically Goal 3, as well as supporting instructional pathways for all students to develop the knowledge and skills needed for high-demand, high-value careers. Reporting to, and in collaboration with, the Director of CCMR. This position will collaborate in the planning, development or expansion, and implementation of CTE offerings from elementary through high school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee Implementation of Strategic Plan: Collaborate and lead initiatives to support the activities to move goal three of the strategic plan forward.
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: In partnership with their supervisor and alignment with the Strategic Plan, collaborate and monitor metrics for CTE programs. Monitor progress and collaborate responses with school leaders and relevant personnel to adjust based on formative data.
- Design and Implement Technical Assistance for Schools in providing high quality CTE offerings: Support and collaborate the planning and implementation of professional development, as related to the implementation of CTE pathways of study pre-K-12th grade.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and candid relationships with community stakeholders, including families and workforce partners. Model collaborative leadership with colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of programs. Apply change management theory and strategies with diverse stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Foster a growth oriented, inclusive, and positive environment while keeping employees and management accountable to district policies, procedures and guidelines. Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the direct supervisor. Ensure that all functions of the department and school sites are compliant with federal, state and local requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 pounds), reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and moving light furniture may be required.

Work Environment:
Must be able to work within various degrees of noise, temperature, and air quality. Job responsibilities require both inside and outside assignments. Interruptions of work are routine. Flexibility and patience are required. Must be self-motivated and able to complete job assignments without direct supervision. After hour work may be required. Must be able to work under stressful conditions. Travel to facilities throughout the district is integral to the job.
Safety and Health:
Knowledge of universal hygiene precautions (blood borne pathogens, body fluids, etc.)
Equipment/Material Handled:
Must know how to properly operate, or be willing to learn to operate, multi-media equipment including current technology as needed.

Must be self-motivated and able to complete job assignments without direct supervision. After-hours work may be required. May work under stressful conditions on occasion.
Qualifications:
- BA degree or higher
- Ability to pass employment verification and background check
