Please only apply if you’ve designed relevant products + comfortable/ experienced being sole/ founding designer for a stealth startup.
Qualifications:
- Multiple years of relevant product design experience.
- A strong understanding of user-experience principles and a people-focused design process.
- The ability to see the big picture, and then zoom back into the details.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and effectively communicating your process and design to cross-team stakeholders outside of design.
What you’ll be working on
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the design systems, visual identity, and user-experience from the ground-up to scale with the product and team
- Build pixel-perfect designs for new features across our consumer-facing web app
- Work closely with the company Co-founders to bring the company’s vision into an intuitive, beautifully designed product MVP
- Identify and execute the strategic vision for design
- Build design infrastructure, including scaling a design team as we grow
- Collaborate with the team to develop company’s brand identity
- Low-fi wireframes to beautiful mocks that can be developed into functional digital experiences
- Manage the design processes, translating company goals into design priorities, defining effective cross-team workflows
