We are in search of a Bilingual preferred Spanish speaking Clinician in our Yucaipa office.
Days & Hours: Hybrid position M-F, 8hr days with one office day a week (Friday) and one late day 10:00-6:30 (Tuesday)
We are also offering a 9/80 schedule in lieu of the traditional 8hr shift.
On call 2-3x a year with a $100 stipend
For more than 30 years, SCCS has provided care, counseling, coaching, and essential mental health services for children, teen, young adults, and their families. As specialists in the field of mental health, SCCS employees possess diverse professional skills equipping us as a team to treat each client’s unique needs.
The GMH Clinician/Therapist, based out of our Yucaipa office, is responsible for the implementation of psychotherapy services provided to the clients and family members. The major responsibilities include the delivery of individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and education.
In addition, the Clinician/Therapist is responsible for coordinating collateral contacts in a case-management manner to ensure follow-through on court-ordered service plans or the development of a plan for families that are referred. All services must be documented as required by the Medi-Cal standard of care. All responsibilities are carried out through a commitment to South Coast Children’s Society’s philosophy, goals, and objectives. The Therapist is also required to document all clinical services within one business day of providing the service, as well as provide 1200 billable hours per year to clients.
** You may be asked to work out of Upland, Chino, Redlands, Yucaipa offices occasionally.**

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT Intern) / Masters Degree in Psychology/Masters Degree in Social Work
- 1+ years of experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group, and family therapy skills.
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
- PsyD/PhD/LCSW/MFT PREFERRED. (If not licensed, active registration with the California BBS or Board of Psychology as Registered Psychologist.)
- Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Completion of CPR/First Aid within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
