What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Leader in Workplace Services Retirement Solutions (WSRS) you will direct a team of Multiple Employer Arrangement (MEA) Client Service Managers to ensure high quality, efficient, and timely service, meeting customer expectations. You’ll play a key role to acquire, service, grow and retain profitable MEA business through effective talent management, process improvement, workflow, metrics, and business literacy!
A few examples of focus are:
- Strategic Operational planning for our growing block of business and Administrative Service Team
- Lead and develop team members, including hiring, training, talent management, compensation administration, rewards and recognition, performance management, coaching and mentoring. Take appropriate and timely disciplinary action.
- Communicate and coordinate goals and objectives that direct reports can successfully implement
- Provide customer service advice, expertise and guidance to staff, peers, and/or customers on complex issues using creativity, analytical, problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge for successfully arriving at solutions for retaining clients at risk and resolving client issues across product lines
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff throughout business unit, and the company, to identify and understand customer and business unit needs and objectives; plan accordingly and implement solutions to improve effectiveness and results. Connect service teams to promote teamwork and communication to support service delivery across multiple product lines
Who You Are
Job level

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience finding operational efficiencies and leading through change
- Overnight Travel may be required.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$125400 – $145000 / year

Work Environment
This role offers the ability for in-office and hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
