Job Summary
The Client Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing various forms of data related to client projects and providing insights into potential improvements to operational and service strategies.

4-year degree
Extensive experience and demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions such as:
– Logical Functions/ Formulas
– Text functions
– Pivot Tables
– Data Comparison
– Data Analysis
– Data Visualization
– Data Calculations
– Data Aggregation
– Conditional Formatting
– CONCAT
– Intermediate Mapping
Experience with consumer insights and analytics
Job Duties
Collect feedback and take direction from both internal stakeholders and clients to perform appropriate data analyses with the goal of providing accurate and actionable data insights that will contribute to the exceptional service provided by Winston. (100%)
- Gather and organize information and data related to assigned client projects
- Analyze the data gathered and summarize it in a format that is easily presented to various audiences
- Document the findings of study and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
- Work in tandem with IM to utilize the best available internal data when conducting client analysis
- Leverage available external market and consumer data and incorporate it into summarized presentations of data studies
- Regularly manipulate data within Excel to identify the clearest and most impactful format to summarize and present the data
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to compile data in various formats to show correlations, causations, and impacts across multiple projects; additionally identify new and better ways to analyze and report data
- Regularly update data and analyses to reflect operational and service changes and updates
- Stay up to date on relevant market, industry, data, and consumer trends
- Provide timely reports for various departments based on individual project requests
- All other work-related duties as assigned
