Job Description & Requirements
The CityWalk Food Runner is responsible for coordinating order on expo line, communicating with the kitchen and running food from the expo window to the appropriate guest tables in a timely manner. Packaging of take-out/delivery orders to spec, run delivery orders to the appropriate location, maintain and stock work area, and interact positively with all guests and team for the Antojitos Cocina, Vivo, Margaritaville, NBC Sports Grill, or Toothsome Chocolate Emporium venues.
Responsibilities:
- Moves with a sense of urgency when running and delivering all guest food orders. Learn table numbers and seating charts to appropriately run food orders.
- Maintains stocked and orderly work areas – inclusive of Expo and ensuring that all take-out / delivery packaging items are fully stocked and organized.
- Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require.
- Checks with the Manager on Duty and Chef to see if there are any delivery orders for the shift. Deliver take out order items as necessary.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years older
- Valid California Food Handler required before first day
The pay rate for this role is $17.00 + tips.
