Five Star, Luxury Hotel in NYC is in search of a Chef de Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience a union hotel. This position will report to the Executive Sous Chef.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a union hotel required, upscale/luxury experience a plus
- Proven track record of working well with others, communicating with other departments and managers
- Asian cuisine experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel outlets including full service restaurant, in-room dining and employee cafeteria
- Manage 20-25 union team members including Tournant, Sous Chefs, etc.
- Responsible for menu development, employee training including 5 Star service standards
