Finish Tower is a general contractor in the wireless industry and they are seeking individuals who are driven, self-motivated, can trouble shoot and looking for a career with a great company.
They are currently accepting applications for all positions from Entry Level, Tech II, Top Hand and Field Supervisor. Their goal is to exceed industry expectations utilizing safe practices, hold each other accountable, and performing quality workmanship for our customers.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- Able to climb to various heights
- Able to PASS drug screening
- Able to pass a MVR and be insurable
- Valid driver’s license. Reliable Transportation to and from work
- Ability to learn new trade quickly
- Local to Iowa
Experienced Level Qualifications:
- Comtrain Safety Certification
- Able to climb to various heights
- Able to pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Local to Iowa but due to rotations can do pretty much anywhere in the nation
- Experience in AT&T Installs a plus
- Experience with Decomm projects a plus.
Pay Range Depending on qualifications. Hiring for immediate positions.

Expectations:
- Tower Construction including erecting towers, decom, Line & Antenna, Microwave & Antenna, trouble shooting, maintenance and installing mounting hardware on tower.
- Time Management Skills, Communicate Effectively, Hardworking and Dependable.
- Career Orientated.
- Willing to travel and stay on the road up to two weeks.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen is required.
- Ability to take direction, be organized, and pay attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills, & Responsibilities:
- Able to climb, read, identify, and lead while performing a certain task
- Able to think outside the box and provide solutions
- Able to lead by example and demonstrate quality of work
- Able to understand blue prints, and instructions for a particular task
- Listen and take direction while communicating effectively with the team, supervisor, manager and customer
Work Environment:
The work is 95% done outside and the weather elements can be difficult to adjust too. Due to site locations, rooftops, water tanks, towers, buildings, elevated structures and billboards the weather can be inconsistent, you will be asked to practice, demonstrate and talk about safe practices, making sure you and your crew are kept safe from any hazards at all times.
Travel:
Four weeks – 9 days off, 11 days on, 3 days off OR one week on at a time with weekends on call.
Work hours can fluctuate based on the project.
