In today’s dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Service and Logistics team.
We are looking for a Category Demand & Supply Manager who will lead and support the synchronization of overall demand and supply planning activities, elevating our E2E strategy & capabilities for delivering excellent customer service, and optimum inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Synchronize Supply & Demand – Ensure alignment of final demand plan to supply plan. Communicate supply risks/opportunities due to supply chain constraints and work on possible solutions.
- Create forward looking analytical tools to anticipate issues, with consistent approach across categories.
- Oversight of production planning for supply synchronization material planning and SNP strategies and process (including CTI’s, material safety strategy, SKU sequencing, etc)
- Lead weekly SD&S discipline to include: latest demand picture, schedule adherence, daily & future production, inventory, and issues for escalation.
- Work with Coman planning for synchronization with Colgate planning systems.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for service issues.
- Analyze and validate demand plans.
- Own and continuously improve copacking network setup & logic.
- Participate in the appropriate Supply meetings and forums.
- Leverage all available tools to drive analytics driven decisions (SAP APO, IBP, BI, Microsoft & Google tools, Tableau)
- Owning and approving inventory strategy and engaging Supply & Demand Synchronization peers to guarantee common approaches and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or similar field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain / demand planning or related fields.
- SAP, APO, E2E tools and S&OP process
- SNP and Inventory management/ modeling

Salary Range $100,000 – $147,000 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
