Cash Management Officer

About this position:
Provide cash management services and business deposit products to commercial and non-profit customers through coordinated sales efforts including customer meetings, presentations, and completion of proposals. Work in partnership with other business lines to provide guidance and support in managing banking relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Develop new business deposit relationships and enhance existing relationships by assisting Relationship Managers with sales and support of cash management services.
> Analyze bank statements and account activity to formalize recommendations for appropriate deposit products, cash management services and service fees; present specialized pricing and rate requests to Pricing Committee for approval, when needed.
> Prepare banking and cash management service proposals for customers, present to customers and Business Partners.
> Maintain accurate and current database of customer calls, referrals, banking contracts, special agreements, and cash management pipeline activity.
> Provide regular updates to Pricing Committee on competition’s rates and products as well as industry cash management standards.
> Make recommendations for changes to Company’s service charges and/or enhancements to current deposit and cash management products.
> Deliver exceptional customer service when providing product training, service set-ups and ongoing maintenance to account relationships; communicate product updates and enhancements to Business Partners and customers.
> Represent Company at community events and actively participate in community service as designated by Company community service requirements.

Education/Certifications/Experience:
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
> 6 years of experience in business development experience with an understanding of cash management products and services required.
Skills/Knowledge:
> Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
> Skilled at identifying, analyzing and providing resolution to problems
> Strong knowledge of electronic banking delivery channels
> Solid communications skills, both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management
> Proven ability to work in a team setting.
> Demonstrated ability to make presentations to customers and provide recommendations that meet the needs of the bank and customer.

The salary range for this position is $55,341 – $75,000 annually commensurate with experience and education.
Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
