Support capability lead’s development integration schedules which encapsulate all major test and integration events to include lab testing, cyber testing, at sea demos, and performance for each effort. Specifically:
* Work with stakeholders necessary to successfully develop and integrate new S&T capability (i.e. ONR/NRL, host PoR team, DO Lab personnel…etc.)
* Maintain situation awareness on S&T development in the CDE and keep Capability lead informed on progress.
* Assist with schedule coordination with DO scheduler of their respective S&T efforts
* Work being executed (Developer activities, PoR activities, Touch points, etc.)
* Schedule of major development and integration milestones and test events
* Schedule of Seminal Test Event (LOE, Fleet Test Events…etc…)
* Schedule of TRL Assessment (TRL 6 minimum acceptable, TRL 7 Preferred by PoR)
* Schedule for transitioning the S&T efforts to the PoR.
* Participate in drafting Test Plans and Test Reports
Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
* Experienced in system/software development and testing
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 7 years of related experience
* Understands software development and testing methodologies
* Must be familiar with modern cybersecurity
* Good problem solving skills
* Ability to troubleshoot
* High-level technical writing skills
* Familiarity with cloud computing
* Experience using Microsoft Office products
* Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and should be able to convey technical aspects to personnel who may not be well-versed in those areas.
* TS/SCI Clearance

Desired Qualifications:
* Experience as an Engineer for a Department of Navy program or project
* Experience with SSEE systems
