Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

BDO Digital, Marketing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of BDO Digital’s strategic business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns. This role will apply expertise across paid, earned, and owned channels, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Coordinating and supervising agencies and internal teams for end-to-end campaign development, the individual in this role will be the go-to person for digital, developing the strategy, objectives, collaborating on messaging, creating content, and using dashboards and reports that demonstrate results clearly to management and sales.

We’re looking for a self-starter to hit the ground running to be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies. This position will require both a mix of strategy and execution leveraging a player-coach mentality with strong abilities in content and collateral generation to execute marketing programs that drive lead generation and new customer acquisition.

Job Duties:

  • Develops, executes, and manages strategic B2B go-to-market programs to meet and exceed lead generation targets
  • Owns the marketing lead funnel, oversees, secures, nurtures, and converts leads
  • Implements creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through online campaigns, partner marketing, webinars, email campaigns, etc.
  • Directs and coordinates campaign asset creation such as, but not limited to, copywriting, content development, ads, emails, and website pages
  • Executes the creation, project management, and deployment of marketing programs
  • Manages and maintains the campaign and content calendars
  • Coordinates and moderates virtual events including, but not limited to, creating presentation materials, coordinating presenters, pre and post event marketing, running webinar tool, and reporting
  • Measures and reports on campaign metrics across channels, providing insight to overall impact on opportunity generation and closed revenue and makes recommendations based on findings from data to continuously improve campaigns
  • Creates and continuously improves our company’s solution positioning and messaging across channels
  • Works with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to surface compelling topics to communicate to the market while determining strategy to meet goals and tactics to reach target audiences
  • Motivates and develops team members through mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred

Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of hands-on B2B demand generation marketing experience, required
  • Experience in partnership marketing and co-marketing with vendor/supplier partners, preferred
  • Experience in Technology or Professional Services verticals, preferred

License/Certifications:

  • N/A

Software:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with webinar tools such as Teams, WebEx, Go To Webinar, or On24, required
  • Prior experience with MAP such as Marketo, preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM such as Dynamics, preferred
  • Experience with resource management tool(s), preferred
  • Experience and basic capability with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), preferred

  • N/A

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiar with copywriting and proofreading processes
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Agile work ethic and ability to work across marketing functions
  • Ability to work collaboratively, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Successful track record supporting B2B marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing technology, and lead management

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

California Range: $85,000 to $110,000
Colorado Range: $85,000 to $110,000
New York City/ Valhalla Range: $85,000 to $110,000
Washington Range: $85,000 to $110,000
