Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity.
- Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff.
- Responsible for making sure that tables are clean and set in a timely manner
- Carry dishes and other tableware to the dish area
- Cleaning up spills, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Make sure Silverware and Glassware is placed correctly
- Replenish supplies
- Taking out trash
- Assist in linen procedures
- Make connections with guests and co-workers
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
- Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
- Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to support a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
- Strong Hilton skill (OnQ, R&I, Opera, PRIO) – Preferred
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstration of key attributes: Adaptability, Customer Focus, Dependability, Productivity & Quality.
- We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely
- Desire to learn and grow
- Obtain Colorado TIPS Certification
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is $20.00 – $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
