The Business Manager is a key member of the team and an extension of the CSS’ Worldwide Windows Commercial team is looking to hire a Business Manager to join as a key member of the team. This role requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset, a bias for action; and ability to easily partner successfully with a wide group of stakeholders.
You will have a proven capability for business program management, organizational skills, culture and change management experience and excellent communications skills.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications
- 5+years of business management, business operations or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and data-driven- you can work with both quantitative & qualitative data, understanding immediate roadblocks, urgentasks, and long-term initiatives
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
- Ability to simplify complex business and technology topics
- Ability to deliver rich business insights to drive business decisions
- Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities
- You are able to influenceothers through your expertise – you are able to use logical and strategic thinking to motivate a diverse organization.You are concise and to the point.

Business Management IC6 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $292,200 per year.

- Drive execution and continuous improvement of the rhythm of business (ROB) including orchestration of monthly operations reviews and staff meetings; and preparing data and narratives for cross-organizational business reporting

- Active administration of the global Viva Engage community (tagging, commenting, managing content, etc.)
- Drive communication of key team goals and priorities through selective mix of forums and channels (leadership emails, SharePoint, Viva Engage, community calls and all-hands)
- Evangelize effective communication and adherence to Microsoft branding and IP guidelines
