The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with media companies, publishers, and other organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video and content partnerships and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the long-term success of strategic alliances.
Key job responsibilities
* Cultivate and execute strategic partnership plans with key partners.
* Manage day-to-day operations of partnerships, including contract negotiation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, go-to-market, product) to identify new growth opportunities.
* Analyze and track key metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
* Compile learnings & publish internal documents to be the voice of the partner; share best practices and advocate for new creator features and program needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
– 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
– 3+ years of business development, or account management with a proven ability to deliver results experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
– Experience Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market.
