We are currently accepting applications for a Business Analyst. This position will be remote with occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration depending on location.

You will provide analytical support to a Business Banking operational team that provides onboarding and client training of various products and services, i.e., Treasury Management, Business Credit Card, Lending and Online Banking.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Analyze and interpret data using different approaches and business intelligence tools to identify trends and patterns to produce actionable business insights.
- Displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools to produce actionable business insights.
- Work closely with management to develop metrics, KPIs, and insights that measure employee and business performance.
- Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or enhanced workflow automation platforms to reduce manual steps and maximize efficiency.
- Be responsible to drive processes improvement initiatives by gathering information, documenting, analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with various departments, management, and staff in problem solving efforts and offer innovative ideas to solve customer issues.
- Provide guidance to management and project team with respect to technical feasibility, complexity, and level of effort required to deliver a solution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Requires a bachelor’s business, finance or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience.
- Power User experience and knowledge in Excel is a must.
- Intermediate experience in Power BI is a must. Familiarity with other business intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects, QlikSense, etc. is a plus.
- Salesforce experience and knowledge is desired.
- Knowledge of automation process – what to automate, when to automate and the life cycle of automation process is desired.
- Experience with an automation platform such as MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, Pega Robotics OpenSpan, UiPath (RPA), Business Automation Workflow (BAW), Symantec Workflow, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. is desired.
- Intermediate business user experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite is ideal.
- Basic knowledge of business processes analysis methodologies, business workflow, process improvement and project techniques and practices.
- Analytical curiosity, strong data-oriented skills and a statistical background is ideal.
- Ability to communicate abstract concepts and analysis results using creative visualizations.
- Ability to function in a consultative role in front of a technical or managerial.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of:
Level I: $55,000- $72,500
Level II: $62,100- $90,000
Level III: $73,300- $97,750
Depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
