Pay Range: $54,541.86 – 67,631.91 salary annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Do you have an eye for design and a passion to bring it to life? As NFM’s Builder Sales Project Supervisor you will oversee professional design and service of residential and commercial appliance projects. You will manage and maintain contact with builders/ architects and customer to oversee projects.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Analyze Supervise and direct resources by monitoring and prioritizing workflow. Ensure that work is being completed per project schedule
  • Propose Ability to interface directly with designers, architects and contractors in a professional manner
  • Develop Manage expectations of quality and performance per contract with builder
  • Provide Serve as a concierge consultant for client when performing elaborate/complex installations
  • Collaborate Direct resources required to handle complex service problems and issues that come up during installations

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years customer contact experience required
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
  • 2 years’ experience in project coordination and appliance sales
  • Must have thorough knowledge of residential and commercial appliances
  • Advanced knowledge in all phases of construction
  • 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (e.g. shadow trainer, volunteer organization leader)
  • Decision making, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
