Job Description

As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for customer activations to drive brand awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition.

You will execute NA market specific brand initiatives, designed to support the omni business and grow the COS community.

What you will do:

  • Co-create and oversee the customer centric marketing strategy across our North American stores & online with a keen focus on key locations
  • Build customer communications and activations to drive footfall and convert customers with a 360 Omni approach
  • Influence and co-create the North America Regional commercial plan, ensuring COS delivers relevant activations and events for Key Cities
  • Establish short- and long-term strategic marketing objectives of the Regional business together with Regional PR & Marketing Manager and the wider cross functional commercial and Global teams
  • Collaborate with the PR & Marketing Manager and the Regional Sales Manager to define the marketing strategy for local key markets
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Leads to ensure Brand Marketing activities cater to both the physical and digital consumer
  • Work together with Area Teams on their business needs, to develop a reasoned marketing strategy that is targeted to local markets
  • Maintain the commercial go to market calendar and ensure alignment of activity plans with other departmental plans, especially the wider Marketing, Visuals and Design teams
  • Work with PR & Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Lead to research and define best possible media partners to support brand awareness growth
  • Plan and administrate required costs for store activities, advertising campaigns and media partnerships, as well as advise on annual budgets within relevant areas, follow up on the project level and secure a return on investment
  • Deliver the marketing strategy supporting new store openings and new market launches
  • Support new product campaigns by establishing opportunities to drive awareness and activations in stores and with partners
  • Provide consumer insights to refine market requirements for products or locations, opportunities for growth and local marketing activity, initiating ideas to further build brand awareness
  • Test new media and new ways to reach new potential customers

  • Experience leading a retail marketing strategy, either in-house or agency
  • Market knowledge across media buying – digital and static
  • Event and experimental marketing experience
  • Strong collaborator with the confidence to manage upwards
  • Highly organised and deadline orientated
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with efficiency and dedication.
