Fortitude Re is looking for a Board Committee Management Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the Board Committees meeting activities including meeting preparation and coordination of Board Committee meeting PowerPoint decks, Board Committee meeting work facilitation, preparation of minutes of meetings and invitations, and facilitation of administrative communications to Board Committee members ensuring expectations are aligned in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and prepare the Board Committee presentation materials with cohesive information, documents and data to be discussed in the meeting
  • Coordinate with the General Counsel on the work including agenda proposals submitted by the Board
  • Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders on decisions, requests, formalities requested by the Board of Directors members ensuring timeliness
  • Assist in incoming and outgoing administrative communications and correspondences to the Board of Directors members ensuring confidentiality and timeliness
  • Prepare and assure the filing of minutes of meetings to ensure that all Board of Directors meeting documents are kept, categorized and accessed correctly
  • Manage the Board of Directors members appointments and obligations and ensure full preparation of logistics requirements such as room setup, support (IT, administrative, etc.) in coordination with other departments for quarterly meetings
  • Direct invitations to officials in a timely matter to attend meetings and coordinate accordingly
  • Potentially Attend Board meetings if required and document minutes of meetings in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepare responses on specific queries on behalf of Board of Directors members and coordinate with necessary departments
  • Manage and send invitations according to importance and availability
  • Coordinate and book logistics (i.e. flight, accommodation, transportation, schedule) for the Board of Directors members business visits abroad and of incoming visits or for other guests as needed

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly organized and professional
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000 and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
