What we’re looking for

We are looking for a full-time Member Experience Associate to join our growing Member Experience team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and goals driven teammate that wants to make an impact in older adults life through Bold. You will be the face of Bold as the members first touchpoint and tasked to educate members about the Bold offering, and build rapport and trust with them leading to enrollment and engagement on Bold. You are fluent (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to prospective and/or current members through phone, text, and email to support their enrollment and engagement in their Bold program.
  • Assisting prospective members in the enrollment process, including answering technical and product related questions and walking them through the sign-up process while on the phone.
  • Motivate members to stay engaged with Bold’s program by leveraging tactics, such as motivational interviewing, with the goal of helping the member complete their program in the designated time frame.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment and engagement goals on a consistent basis.
  • Clearly document all member-related communication and activity in CRM.
  • Adhere to all company policies & procedures, including HIPAA rules & regulations to ensure security of all protected health information.

Requirements

  • Remote role but must be located in Pacific Time Zone.
  • You are fluent (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish).
  • 1-3 years as a health coach, inside sales role, customer support/ success associate or in a role that had direct daily interactions with older adults ( e.g. in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient advocate/coordinator, or a member facing role within a digital health startup).
  • Experience in making 50-100 outbound calls a day to prospective or current customers.
  • Ability to handle high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions.
  • A passion for helping older adults adopt a digital health fitness solution.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong at active listening and overcoming objections.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent real-world experience in a related field.
