Job Description
The Role
We are on the search for a Bilingual Junior Visual Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio reporting to the Sr. Director, Creative Production you will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. The Creative Studio Creates, Designs and Produces all content that lives on our platform, including Videos, Photography, Infographics, Data Visualizations, Design Graphics and Audio.
We are an integrated department so a strong desire to learn, collaborate and iterate on your skill set are pivotal. Designers within the studio have a strong creative voice, and help influence the writing, design and production of all our content. You will have the opportunity to help shape our creative direction and see your work have a real world impact.
- Design digital marketing assets for a wide variety of channels, including social media, content within our platform and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize campaigns that exist at the intersection of experience, tech and culture
- Collaborate with various disciplines and levels to create transformative visuals for top-tier brands
- Manage the execution of assets, typography, logos, icons and interfaces for multiple platforms
- Solve problems with innovative visual solutions
** This is a temporary, full-time position which requires 3-4 days onsite (Midtown NYC). **
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in visual design and/or art direction
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Formal design training
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Acrobat
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates both campaign conceptualization and design craft
- A design fundamentalist that knows the rules, but knows how to bend and break them to create innovative solutions
- Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
- Simultaneously thinks about the big picture and the micro-level details
- Has a strong portfolio with engaging designs

Compensation range: $30 – $40 / hour. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining an offer, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
