St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers currently has an opening for a Behavior Analyst at South County Habilitation Center. The normal schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, with Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays off. Working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm; however, flexibility with working hours (including evenings and nights will be necessary).

What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for a caseload of up to 50 persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors
- Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care
Eligibility Requirements:
- Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri
- Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
- Strong observation skills
- Ability to get along well with our consumers, family members, co-workers, and administration
