We are on the search for a charismatic and welcoming Back Server to join our krewe at our modern, sophisticated spin on the classic American steakhouse. We know the people make the place, and we’re looking for the best to join our team! Our Back Servers earn an hourly base, plus tips and average a total of $25 -$30 per hour!
To be successful you must treat each of your guests with genuine hospitality, consideration, and respect as you work proactively, anticipating their needs. You must work with resilience and efficiency while communicating effectively with your guests and peers. You must maintain ongoing knowledge of our menu and work as a team to ensure everyone is set for success.
Education/Experience
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of relevant experience as a Back Server
• Food safety knowledge
