Siemens DigitalIndustries – Factory Automation business unit has a Project Manager positionavailable. The position will be responsible for leading the development andimplementation of programs to support OEMs and Machine Builders in the pursuitof end-user projects in the US market.

As the Industrial Automation and Controls Project Manager, you will make an impact:

  • Identify customer requirements, define implementation strategy, and project manage the implementation of Siemens’ products and technologies at strategic OEMs and Machine builders
  • Lead our technical resources in account pursuits and develop value packages to easily communicate the support and value of the Siemens product/technology portfolio and resources.
  • Facilitate collaboration with overseas Siemens OEM Sales teams and the domestic Siemens team in support of end-user projects in the US
  • Escalation management tracking performance and success of programs including actual investments, orders/revenue, and the other key performance indicators.

You will excel if you have the following qualifications:

  • Understanding of Industrial automation and motion technology
  • Project Management skills and experience (budget control, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder communication etc.)
  • Experience in the deployment of automation projects
  • Bachelor degree: engineering, project management, or business, (or equivalent relevant work experience)
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in the industrial market (i.e. with machine builders)
  • Goodcommunication skills; both written and oral
  • Travel30%

The pay range for this position is $87,000-$149,200 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
