Job Overview
The Associate Product Manager (APM) for Cardiac Assist (CA) Service will assist in the development and execution of global service requirements for CA Hardware products to support the overall business objectives. The APM will also support the creation, review, and approval of all technical service documentation; in addition to providing technical support to our Global Service teams and other local business functions. The APM will also support the lifecycle management of all CA Hardware products.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Supports the creation and maintenance of service requirements for CA Hardware products.
- Supports the creation of all technical service materials.
- Supports the creation, review, and approval of all technical service documentation, including service manuals, service and technical bulletins, and servicing videos.
- Supports the management of the QMS process to ensure documents are routed for approvals.
- Supports the maintenance of the technical service on-line parts system and extranet site.
- Supports the review and approval of change notices related to CA service.
- Supports the lifecycle management of all CA Hardware products.
- Provides technical support to the Global Service teams and other local business functions.
- Attends design reviews as the CA Service representative.
- Holds design reviews as required to release servicing materials and updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar technical discipline. Advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar technical discipline is preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous medical equipment experience.
- Familiarity with schematics and systems diagrams.
- Solid computer skills are required in the areas of word processing, spreadsheet analysis, presentation graphics, database design and operation, and multi-media experience.
Salary range: $95k – $125k
