- Demonstrating a high level of 3D digital modeling capabilities as well as digital rendering skills.

- Strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Being a self-starter with proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to remove barriers to speed to make Mattel a more nimble business and organization by acting decisively and with a strong sense of urgency. You find ways to achieve business objectives more quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- BS/BA degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design or equivalent degree
- Experience with licensed product is highly preferred.
- Experience with Children’s Consumer Products is highly preferred.
- Experience with design of licensed dolls, playsets, and goal oriented toy products highly preferred
- Basic model making skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and 2D computer programs
- Knowledge of 3D modeling programs such as Solidworks or Rhino is a must
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000
