Associate Partner Manger, Out of Home & Local Media Solutions

About the Role

As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with our largest brand partners to drive advertising campaign execution and success across our Cartop & Journey Ads platforms. You will be an Ads platform expert who can authoritatively speak to our marketing partners about Uber’s Ads offerings and how our products can deliver on their marketing objectives.

What You’ll Do

– Proactively supervise campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and address issues
– Join internal kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss sophisticated executions
– Coordinate the launch and management of campaigns; while proactively presenting updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
– Run regular campaign reporting cadence based on advertisers’ needs
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them and advise clients on how to adjust tactics based on performance trends
– Uncover opportunities to drive increased investment by analyzing data and pitching these to the broader internal account team
– Be the voice of the customer and optimally communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
– Expand product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
– Drive initiatives. You will lead and build key play booking initiatives across our Ads team to drive adoption for our OOH / Local partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates

Basic Qualifications

– 3+ years of experience, with advertising and direct sales and account management experience

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience on Out of Home Media Account Management
– Understanding and experience in inventory management / charting, mobile digital targeting, geo fencing and share of voice calculations.
– Manage occupancy of cartops inventory
– Work directly with sales to build programs in response to RFP’s and outbound sales efforts
– Partner with management on yield management & program pricing
– Build and deliver post buy reports to our advertising partners
– Assist in updating cartops creative decks/briefs for new partners and clients

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $70,000 per year – $77,750 per year.
