Boeing Global Services and BGS Government Training Engineering is currently seeking an Associate-Level Product Data Management Specialist to become part of the P-8 Data Management Team in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and submission of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs) and Supplier Data Requirement List (SDRLs) deliverables in the Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system for multiple contracts.
  • Leading/managing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) standards, processes and tools.
  • Defines and allocates CM and DM requirements for product hardware, software and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinates the integration of product elements and analyzes & resolves issues with engineering product structure.
  • Develops, integrates and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Jacksonville, FL. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The selected candidate would be required to be on-site a minimum of three days per week.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years’ experience with systems engineering, configuration management, and quality management functions, processes and requirements.
  • 1+ years’ experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures.
  • 1+ years’ experience performing data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years’ experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external.
  • Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules into the Program schedule and managing the integrated Master Schedule at the Program level with and influence

people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams

  • Experience with CSDT system and Windchill.
  • 1+ years’ experience directing, delegating, and ensuring performance of assigned responsibilities and task as a project team leader.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion.
  • 1+ years’ experience working directly with manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • 1+ years’ experience integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules into the Program schedule and managing the integrated Master Schedule at the Program level.
  • 1+ years’ experience with leading/managing ECPs, CDRLs, and/or SDRLs for complex products.
  • 1+ years’ experience working with proposals, contracts, and/or contract terms.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $63,750 -$86,250.
