The IT Help Desk Internship will work with the Technology Service Center to investigate and resolve software and hardware problems of computer users. Duties involve the resolution of user problems ranging from logon problems to peripheral equipment such as printers. Assistance may be over the telephone or on site.
The internship program provides students with an opportunity to use their skills and knowledge in a practical setting for professional experience and to showcase the career opportunities available in the Judiciary. This is a 10-week, summer internship program and this internship will be located in Montpelier, Vermont. Salary is $18.01 per hour.
This is a great opportunity for a current college student pursuing a degree in the area of information technology to gain practical experience working for the judicial system.
