The Assoc. Design Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing critical areas of the design team, including but not limited to budget, MSA/SOW/PO tracking platforms, timelines, and deliverables on key prioritized projects. Coordinating and monitoring the group budget with finance and all external vendors, internal reporting for design, organizing, assessing the design asset library, and overall coordination for design awards, internal comms, social media, and annual design book. The ideal candidate will be an excellent organizer as well as an excellent verbal and written communicator.
The person in this role should to successfully multi-task in a complex, hyper-energetic, ambiguous, and creative environment. This role will have in-depth exposure to all areas of design, marketing, digital creative, and design operations.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing timelines, milestones, and resources for all key prioritized projects for design.
- Meet with project teams regularly to ensure all deliverables and timing are accounted for.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are on time and appropriately resourced.
- Manage overall group design budget and coordination with external vendors and finance.
- Enter, Manage, & Track Design Budget & associated Design Project MSA, NDA, SOW & PO process with Finance/Agency Marketing Management team for Design projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with Design LT on process and needs of Agency/Design work & projects.
- Be proactive with all internal design projects that include a robust project tracker called “Easy Projects” that includes tracking time, progress, resourcing, visuals, and ROI.
- Connect with Global design operations on Easy Projects (project tracking) and ROI reporting.
- Manage all images for global design share-out, all relevant digital assets for social media, and all design awards submissions.
- Manage Design Award, Internal Social Comms process & related Internal/External Design Culture Marketing.
- Coordinate content and facilitate process and approvals for Awards, Case Studies, & Easy Projects Status
- The approval process with Design LT for Design Assets for Product Launch posts.
- Organize all assets that are easily accessible by the entire design team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in brand strategy, business strategy, marketing, or design.
- 1-4 years of experience in working with design and managing client relationships
- Business acumen combined with knowledge of the design function.
- Should have experience and in-depth exposure to design.
- Effectively communicates (verbally and visually) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels, with strong presentation skills.
- Must have a positive and outgoing personality that commands the attention of people from multiple functions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,900 to $101,900 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
