Assistant Supervisor, Jewelry Workshop
Role Overview
Assist Workshop Supervisor with the daily management of aftersales services & production operations of a team of jewelers, polishers and setters in a fast-paced, high volume workshop.
Responsibilities
- Support Workshop Supervisor with the implementation and execution of the High Jewelry production schedule and Aftersales services to ensure lead-time objectives and production delivery targets are achieved
- Collaborate with Workshop Supervisor in identifying opportunities for process improvement to maximize resources and increase efficiencies within the workshop
- Record daily tracking of Aftersales and Production using SAP and MS Office
- Prepare and organize materials for production planning meetings with senior management and cross functional departments
- Assist and collaborate with CS Admin, Quality Control, and Vendors on production and aftersales deliverables.
- Accompany team in their daily tasks to answer questions and to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Supervise the maintenance and replacement of tools and equipment as needed
- Ensure the adherence to all Richemont policies, procedures, and audit recommendations, by all team members
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating a jewelry workshop or comparable environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Problem solver and fast learner
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task
- A high level of emotional intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Great verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical reasoning skills
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Ability to speak French is a plus

Salary Range: $95K-$105K
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
This role is bonus eligible.
