Job Description:

As the Assistant Office Manager at Innovative Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Office Manager to oversee daily administrative tasks, manage client inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Office Manager in supervising daily office activities, including scheduling and record keeping.

Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.

Assist in managing appointments and scheduling pest control services.

Maintain accurate and organized client records in our database.

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.

Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management.

Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies.

Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Provide support to technicians in the field as necessary.

Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in office administration, customer service, and payroll processing.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Plus, with phone sales experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus.
