Position is responsible for ensuring student accounts are billed correctly within the system, answering student account questions and all student refunds.

Essential Duties
- Ensures accuracy of student accounts (responsible for setting up tuition ratetables, running AR purge processes)
- Works closely with financial aid office to process FATR’s on agreed uponschedule
- Positive, negative and R2T4 FATR’s
- Process excess aid checks for student

Minimum Requirements
Required educational background:
- Four year degree in accounting, business administration or related program or equivalent experience
Required kind and number years of work experience:
- Two or more years in office setting working with billing and cash receipting in addition to education or equivalent experience requirement
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Requirements
- Five years experience in accounts receivable and with Colleague or Banner.
