Brand Graphic Designer


  • The Associate Designer will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand and graphic design projects from ideation and strategy to execution
  • The main objective of this role is to guide brand design, help craft the brand design strategy, and execute major design projects across the portfolio
  • In this role, you will report into the PLNA Tea Business to drive design from ideation thru concept development, refinement, and execution
  • Creating high quality brand design solutions in a rapid paced, high-output environment

Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $67,200 – $85,000
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

  • A lover of design, brands, and people
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Keen eye for consumer behavior trends in addition to extraordinary design savvy. With an interest in Gen Z culture/moments
  • 2 – 3 years studio or in house experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion
  • Brand, communication design background, Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design MOTION not a mandatory but a plus
  • Strong portfolio of design work showcasing both print and digital projects
  • Digital + photography interest or experience
  • Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities
  • Expert at Adobe Creative Suite program
