YOUR ROLE
• Standardize, develop, and utilize new test methods.
• Translate customer specifications/requests into testing plans and timelines. Balance several requests for data & reports with different timelines.
• Track and manage test reports.
• Provide peer review on data and reports from colleagues and customers.
• Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations
• Participate in customer discussions and consult them on best-practices.
• Communicate and consult with Application Engineering field roles, KAMs, project teams and customers.
• Lead internal and external technical testing requests, ensure timelines are met.
• Support root cause analysis of customer complaints and non-conforming materials
• Write up technical reports for internal and external customers.

YOUR SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a science related field, but open to others.
• Must be willing to work in a laboratory environment with chemicals.
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with managing projects preferred.
• Previous experience with Technical Report Writing required.
• Ability to follow written procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend customer specifications.

The salary for this role is $26 – $36/hr. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
