This position reports to the Lead, Data-Foundation.
What you will do:
- Collect all data for business requirements and business rules to support the P2P workstream including material master data
- Identify data gaps with the proposed solution and recommend the approach forward
- Perform source to target mappings
- Oversee the construction of FS &TS conversion documents
- Design, solution and lead data collection, cleansing and conversion activities
- Ensure data necessary for testing is available in the appropriate environments
- Implement data load, profiling and conversion activities
- Work with key stakeholders to align on acceptable data sign offs
- Participate and contribute domain expertise as a part of the data design activities
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 5+ years of related experience required, preferably with data conversion, data quality, and data mapping
- Experience working in any of the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, MDG
- Effective with creative solutioning and communication to impact and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work self – guided or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff
- Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, administration, and users
- Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range $77,600 – 106,700 per year. This range is estimated for Analyst, Special Projects, Material/P2P in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
