Job Title: Analyst – Master Data
Reports to: Supervisor – Master Data
Hybrid in Rochester, NY
Salary Range: $64,000- $80,000
Purpose
The Analyst-Master Data position reports to the Supervisor Master Data for Rochester Gas and Electric. With some direction, works with construction as-builts, maps, survey information and SAP data to create and maintain the gas and electric SAP master data equipment records in accordance with company standards and procedures. Utilizes SAP and other supporting technologies required to create and maintain accurate and timely equipment records. Interacts with other departments to obtain information required to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment records.
Responsibilities
- Analyze as built and survey information and SAP data to create and maintain accurate equipment records representing the true individual equipment installations and removals related to the construction project.
- Utilize SAP and other supporting technologies to create and maintain accurate equipment records.
- Work with other departments to ensure the accuracy of the SAP master data equipment records.
- Assist in providing data required for customer requests and reporting purposes
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
- Knowledge and skill in utilizing SAP and MS Technologies, as well as knowledge of construction standards, operating maps, and accounting principles
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office technologies
