The Role
The Infrastructure & Development Team is responsible for the planning, development, and operations of Tesla Real Estate. This individual will be the primary owner of all Infrastructure data as it relates to proper tracking and upkeep. This role will also support in developing reports and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
• Manage critical Infrastructure data within Tesla’s internal Real Estate tool and develop processes to maintain data accuracy.
• Partner with Tesla’s IT Team to enhance the internal Real Estate tool.
• Work with various stakeholders to assign ownership of critical data fields and track the data accuracy on an ongoing basis.
• Support the Infrastructure Analytics team with new reporting and data tracking efforts.
• Partner with IT and Analytics to develop budget tracking dashboards.
• Provide data backed, innovative ideas for more accurate budget estimating and opportunity for savings in future projects.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements as it relates to purchase order processing.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and general invoicing required.
• Experience working with Real Estate Developers, General Contractors, Construction Companies, Design Firms, or Real Estate firms encouraged.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals.
• Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership.

- Expected Compensation
$64,000 – $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
