Advanced Software Engineer

Salary- $130,000.00-$140,000.00
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Perform software requirements analysis, research and design, and develop and test software and tools.
- Invent new products and enhance existing applications
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field combined with 7 + years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree combiend with 5 + years
- Proven leader with extensive knowledge of software tools supporting Integrated Development Environments (IDE) and is proficient in C/C++ and Java development.
- Software Development in C, Java, C++
- Ability to lead the software development process
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways
