Hourly Pay Range : $19.00 – $22.00

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product(s) to the customer with responsibility for a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the entire operation. Additionally, responsible for ensuring conformity with DOT and Company compliance items. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Dispatch shuttle drivers, input driver logs, complete drive route bags and process DVIR’s.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and report any unsafe condition or practice immediately to Management or the Safety Committee.
  • Data entry for shuttle billing, fuel log reporting, payroll and KPIs for DSO billing and lease driver reporting.
  • Enter metrics and billing information into tracking database.
  • Ensure accuracy in the completion of driver paperwork or flag for follow-up.
  • Address all incoming inquires with supervisors and customer in person and on the phone.
  • File all paperwork and keep all information in an orderly, organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Identify and report where corrective action is needed and escalate if necessary.
  • Perform administrative and scheduling tasks as required.
  • Execute special projects as required by Contract General Manager.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Ability to perform data base entry, driver log and fuel reporting and ability to process DVIR’s.
  • Time management skills, ability to multi-task and clear written and oral communication skills.
  • PC literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Decision making and conflict resolution skills with the ability to think outside the box.

Minimum:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1 year in a similar role.
    • Experience with ISO Quality Standards, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, WHMIS and customer service.

Preferred:

    • Associates Degree
    • 2 years’ experience in similar role.
    • Experience with 3PL Warehousing, Logistics Supply Chain, Health and Safety Compliance and Driver Dispatch.
