Title: Administrator of Change and Modernization
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Administrator of Change and Modernization is responsible for redefining, developing, maintaining, and supporting modernization and change efforts for operational and Information Technology (IT) projects. Responsibilities of the position focus on the goal of attaining best-practice services, operational efficiency, and cost savings to support organizational growth.
Job Duties:
- Develops and seeks ideas through the process of screening sources, tools, and best practices across the healthcare industry and worldwide operations.
- Collects, evaluates and selects modern and transformative tools and processes, and is able to implement the process.
- Leads Omni’s Remote Workforce program, continuing growth and maintenance.
- Identifies, develops and scales transformative tools/practices to continue Omni Family Health’s goal of best-practice and state-of-the-art services and processes.
- Strategically analyzes opportunities, risks, strengths and weaknesses of important issues for the future; considering all through the lens of Omni Family Health’s Mission and Vision.
- Identify industry trends to support modernization efforts for patient services, processes advancement, and employees.
- Leads the research into future trends and modernization while considering the impact on Omni Family Health; making projections for the future, and propose recommendations for action.
- Prioritize initiatives, with the ability to identify which will add the greatest value
- Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on proposed innovations.
- Manage and monitor progress of the various ongoing initiatives.
- Accountable for vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovation, maintaining initiative scope and energy to completion of the transformation.
- Manage and provide overall direction and guidance for development and modernization efforts.
- Lead change and modernization by successfully influencing, driving for results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Additional Duties:
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance: Responsible for maintaining abreast of and in compliance with all HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI): Participate as required in QA/QI activities and contribute towards the overall quality improvement initiatives of the organization.
- Information Technology (IT): May be required to learn and use core technical or technology systems as required by the job function, policies, and procedures.
- Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH): All employees will participate in PCMH at Omni Family Health.
- Audits: May contribute to required Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit (OSV), The Joint Commission, and other audit events.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience considered with proven record of accomplishment, including adherence to timelines and value-based outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare related industry, preferred.
- Proven experience in transformative and modernization initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with leading teams with encouragement and motivation, development modernization or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, SmartSheet experience a plus.
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive, confident, and content expert on subject matter.

- Consistently and effectively communicates relevant information to the Operations Department’s directors and COO.
