Administrative Support Assistant I
Job Description:
Serves as first point of contact for customers at Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS)
• Communicate with customers in person and via telephone
• Interpret and explain policies and procedures to university students, staff, faculty, and visitors
Sells and collects payment for parking decals, permits and citations; reconcile transactions daily.
Responsible for recording customer sales and payment information
• Prepare documents supporting sales/payments
• Process returned permits for student, faculty, and staff accounts
• Process charge adjustments and refunds
Develops reports, handles special assignments and other related duties as required
Expected Salary:
$15.00 to $16.00 hourly
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and one year of appropriate experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of T2 Systems Flex parking management software
- Detailed knowledge of UF PeopleSoft and UF GO applications
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Two years customer service and money handling experience
